This was my first visit to the Dental Office on Soquel Canyon and from the time I checked in until I left the office I was very impressed. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, from the front office to the assistant, who did my comprehensive X-rays, to the Dentist and Hygienist. My Dentist, Dr. Fan was outstanding. Dr. Fan was professional, very knowledgeable, a great communicator, a good listener and very personable. Dr. Fan took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays with me and outline a recommended treatment plan. Dr. Fan also answered all my questions. Bottom line, Dr. Fan showed how much she cared about me, as a patient. What also impressed me was how efficient everyone was and all the new equipment the office had, not to mention that all the work outlined in my treatment plan was completed on this first visit.
